Shipping Fees
For locally stocked products, delivery fees are shown at checkout based on your location and delivery zone. For internationally sourced products, shipping fees may vary depending on:
π‘ For international orders, the final shipping cost will always be communicated to you before dispatch.
CBM Shipping Calculation
For bulk or international shipments, shipping charges may be calculated using the CBM (Cubic Meter) method β a global logistics standard that measures cargo volume.
Formula
CBM = Length Γ Width Γ Height
(all measurements in metres)
If the volumetric weight exceeds actual cargo weight, the higher value is used to determine the shipping cost β as per standard logistics industry practice.
Customs & Import Duties
For internationally sourced products, customers are responsible for:
- Customs clearance fees
- Import duties
- VAT and other local taxes
- Additional government-imposed fees
PrymeBay provides all necessary shipping and commercial invoices but cannot guarantee duty-free delivery. Customs delays are beyond our control.
Warehouse & Pickup
For warehouse logistics or consolidation shipments, you'll be notified at least 3 days in advance when your items arrive and are ready.
β οΈ Storage Fees
If items are not collected within 5 working days of notification, warehouse storage fees may apply. All outstanding fees must be cleared before release of your item.
