By placing an order or using PrymeBay, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Section 1
Using PrymeBay
By accessing and using PrymeBay, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- Will not use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Section 2
Orders & Payments
By placing an order you agree to the following:
Payment deadline
Payment must be completed within 24 hours of placing your order or it may be automatically cancelled.
Order confirmation
An order is confirmed once payment is verified. PrymeBay reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.
Non-refundable orders
Once PrymeBay has procured a product on your behalf from a supplier, the order is considered final and non-refundable.
Chargebacks
Initiating a payment dispute after PrymeBay has processed your order may result in order suspension. PrymeBay may submit evidence to contest unwarranted chargebacks.
Section 3
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside PrymeBay's control, including:
- Customs clearance and import duties
- Supplier processing delays
- Courier disruptions or capacity issues
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics)
For internationally sourced items, customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Section 4
Marketplace & Third-Party Suppliers
PrymeBay may act as a marketplace connecting customers with independent suppliers. In such cases:
- Suppliers are responsible for product manufacturing, packaging, and accuracy
- PrymeBay acts as a facilitator and is not directly liable for supplier delays or defects
- Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- PrymeBay will assist in resolving disputes with suppliers where possible
Section 5
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrymeBay shall not be liable for:
- Delays or losses caused by third-party logistics providers or suppliers
- Damages resulting from extended warehouse storage due to customer non-collection
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the platform
- Service interruptions due to force majeure events

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped. To cancel, contact support with:

Changes to Terms
PrymeBay reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
